Social Dojo is a voice-first AI-powered platform designed to help users practice and improve their social skills through realistic guided conversations. Our Service includes:

• Push-to-talk voice conversation practice with AI
• Personalized feedback and performance analysis
• Structured social practice simulations
• Progress tracking and session history

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide valid payment information for paid features
• Maintain one account per person

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: module 1 access
• Pro Plan: module 2 and beyond with advanced features

4.2 Billing

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in these Terms

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You retain all rights to your voice recordings and input data. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve our Service.

7. AI-Generated Content and Feedback

• Our AI-generated feedback is provided for educational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content
• AI feedback should not be considered professional advice
• You should use your own judgment when applying feedback to real-world situations

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOCIAL DOJO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Social Dojo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

11.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Social Dojo
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent
